What is Care Beyond™

Care Beyond™ is the manufacturer and provider of superior proprietary CBD products to Care Professionals and Care Customers. Care Beyond™ provides the opportunity for individuals to purchase our products at a discounted price as a Care Customer at a Care Beyond™ representatives web site. In addition, for established customers, Care Beyond has adopted a generous customer appreciation referral program in which established customers are rewarded with discounted or free product as a thank you for referring friends and family to be new customers.

Upon enrolling, both Customers and Professionals have immediate access to a host of resources and tools, created to help share our products and services with those you know can benefit.

What are the Care Beyond™ Support Hours?
Care Beyond™ live support will be available weekdays from 9:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST. During off hours you can submit a question or request to our CHAT anytime and we will reply to your questions or concerns as soon as possible. We suggest you use our conveniently located CHAT for all of your queries.
How do I become a Care Beyond™ Customer or Professional?
To become a Care Professional, Care Customer or acquire samples you must enroll under an existing Care Beyond™ Professional or Customer. You cannot enroll at the corporate web site.
If someone shared our products or the business opportunity with you, they probably are a Care Professional or a Care Customer or they can reach out to someone that can help you. Ask the for the link to their replicated website. This identifies them as either a Care Customer or a Care Professional distributor for Care Beyond™. It is at this website, you will be able to enroll.
If you do not know a Care Customer or Care Professional, please contact support and request them to find a Care Professional in your area. Support can be reached by CHAT located on the Care Beyond™ website. Please provide your location and a method of contact, email or phone.

Primarily USPS and UPS
My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
Yes. You may login to your back office and edit your personal information. Locate the Account button. Click on it, then Personal Profile, click on it, then locate your address fields. Simply delete the existing information and type in the correct address.

 

If you are a recurring product recipient this must be completed five (5) days prior to ship date. Care Beyond™ is not responsible for recovery, cost or loss of any order that is shipped to the wrong address.

If you are unable to do this yourself please contact a customer service agent at our CHAT. The agent will then ask you for your ID number. The CSR will then send you a link to where the change should be made. You then type in the new address.

I made a typo in my recurring credit card. Can I change it?
Yes. At your website click and login. At your back office locate the Account button on the left border. Click on it to see Update Payment Info. Click on that button and you will see the fields where your credit card information can be typed in. Please double check that the information is correct.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders that are received before 3:00 PM PST are processed that day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST are processed the following day. Orders are not fulfilled on Saturday or Sunday. Orders are delivered on Saturday.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notice with your tracking link. You may click on that link to see the progress and arrival day of your order. In, addition UPS will send you a message when your order is dropped off.
What is a Replicated Website?
Every Customer and Professional has a web site. A website that is dedicated specifically for their use. This is where new customers and professionals enroll and order. When they do this we automatically generate a new web site for them that is tracked to you. This is how we recognize what type of customer you are. Track your sales, discounts and pay commissions. Your web site is referred to as a replicated web site because to looks similar to the Care Beyond™ Website. Although you never own the web site, it is for your specific use.
How do I reset my Affiliate Login password?
If you have lost your password or username click on Forgot Username and or Password where you are attempting to Login. You will be emailed a temporary username or password to allow you access. Be sure to change the username and password right away. If this does not work for you please click on Contact Us, locate our CHAT. Type in Forgot my password or username. You must identify yourself by using your Customer ID#. The Chat attendant will assist you.
When do commissions get paid?
We calculate commissions for product sales on a weekly basis, with the commission week running from 12:00:00 AM Sunday to 11:59:59 PM Saturday. Any and all commissions earned during a given week will be paid out two weeks arrears. For example, if you earned $500 from Sunday August 6 to Saturday August 12th, then we would pay those commissions out two weeks later on August 26.
Specifically, we close out the two weeks arrears time period at midnight on that Saturday, then we “true” up the commissions on Sunday and Monday. This means that we review the commissions file and adjust it accordingly based on refunds. Please note that refunds will negatively affect the pay out and may account for slight fluctuations in your commissions because a refund or chargeback causes us to pull back points or dollars generated from a negated product purchase. This review process will be completed by noon to 2 PM on the Monday, then the commissions file will be loaded to the payment method and funded. At that point, you can begin to retrieve your commissions. We pay bonuses and promotions monthly.
You must have accumulated at least $25.00 in commissions for a payout to be released.
What is a Care Customer?
A Care Customer enrolls free, acquires a Care Beyond™ web site and purchase products at an automatic 10% discount at their shopping cart. A Care Customer does not participate is business building.
What is a Care Associate?
A Care Associate enrolls free, acquires a Care Beyond™ website. Sells Care Beyond™ products. Receives a 20% discount on personal products ordered at their shopping cart. In, addition a Care Associate may enroll other Independent Associate and receive an override commission from their sales.
What is a Professional?
Any Care Associate may choose to become a Professional as an option by selecting the Premier Associate button, agreeing to pay $19.95 per month and participating in the Care Beyond™ Sampling Program. Care Beyond™. Professionals are eligible for Bonus Overrides on network sales that are over and above standard compensation at the regular rank. What is the Care Beyond Sampling Program?
We are so sure that our customers will benefit quickly from our products that we offer a unique sampling program that is cost effective, beneficial to our customers and quickly builds a base of recurring customers. What Is My Back Office?
Your back office is your business center. It contains information specific to you. It is located at the Login menu. Your back office provides business building tools, commission and sales team at a glance. You may enter change of address, update your recurring credit card information. In, addition you will receive communications directly from Care Beyond™
Will I fail a drug screening from taking Care Beyond products?
Most workplace drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiols or other legal natural hemp-based constituents. However, studies have shown that eating hemp foods and oils can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of drug testing or screening, we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you DO-NOT ingest this product. Prior to consuming these products consult with your healthcare practitioner, drug screening\testing company or employer.
CBD is the Key Ingredient, what is it?
Cannabidiol is a key ingredient in cannabis, one of more than 85 known compounds unique to the plant and grouped under the umbrella term “cannabinoids.” Cannabidiol, otherwise known as CBD, and THC are usually the most common cannabinoids in the plant and are therefore the most widely studied.
Will CBD Get Me High
CBD does not get you high like THC does. THC causes euphoria by binding to special CB1 and CB2 nerve receptors in the brain. CBD does not bind to these receptors, so cannabidiol does not get you stoned.
Is CBD From Hemp Legal?
CBD can be made from medical marijuana plants or industrial hemp plants. Marijuana is illegal under federal law but legal in some states. Industrial hemp when grown in other countries can be imported legally into the United States, making it easier for consumers to get CBD treatment without breaking the law.
Do I Need a Prescription?
It is legal to order CBD made from industrial hemp plants online for use in any state without a prescription. Individuals ordering CBD products made from medical marijuana plants must live in a state where medical marijuana is legal and have a prescription.
Does It Have Medical Value?
Scientific studies show CBD provides therapeutic medicinal benefits. According to a 2013 review published in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, soothes nausea and vomiting, acts as an anti-oxidant to reduce free radicals that cause neurodegenerative disorders, and works as an anti-inflammatory to reduce swelling. CBD also stimulates appetite and relieves pain.

CBD also combats psychological issues, including working as an antipsychotic to combat psychosis. Additionally, CBD works to reduce chronic anxiety and depression disorders. These benefits of CBD are also helpful for patients struggling with temporary anxiety and depression resulting from a more serious medical condition.

Does CBD Reduce THC Fallout
