Care Beyond™ offers a thirty (30) day, money-back satisfaction guarantee, to all customers. If a customer is dissatisfied with any product for any reason, the product may be returned in its original packaging, along with the original invoice to Care Beyond™ within thirty (30) days of the purchase, for a refund of the purchase price.
If the product was purchased directly from a Professional, the refund must be processed by that specific Professional. The product must be returned along with the original invoice to the Professional who will refund the product purchase price. The Professional will then request an RMA for the return of the product to Care Beyond™ for a replacement product. If the product was purchased directly from Care Beyond™ using a Professional’s website or ID number, the refund will be processed by Care Beyond™
Care Beyond™ agrees to repurchase from a resigning or terminating Professional. All unencumbered products, sales aids, enrollment packs and subscriptions purchased by the individual from the Company within the previous 30 days (or longer where required by law) which are unused, unopened and in commercially re-sellable condition, for not less than 90 percent of the actual amount paid for the products and sales aids which are being returned. Any and all commissions and bonuses previously paid out on such sale will be retracted upon the return and deducted from the refund. When your return has been accepted and processed you will be issued a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will be notified by email that a refund has been processed. When you are able to see your refund, depends on when your specific bank updates your records.
The Company will replace, within twelve (12) months of purchase, any product found to have been damaged. However, no product shall be returned to the Company without prior written approval and a Return Authorization Number. Exchanges only. No Refunds.
The product must be returned along with the original invoice to the Professional who will replace the product. The Professional will then request an RMA for the return of the product to Care Beyond™ for a replacement product. If the product was purchased directly from Care Beyond™ using a Professional’s website or ID number, the replacement will be processed by Care Beyond™
In order to facilitate the return or replace process by Care Beyond™, a Professional or Customer will be required to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of the shipping box. If a package is returned without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) the package will be refused and returned. Customer Service will request your Customer ID number and the credit card data used to make the original purchase. You must provide the original credit card information used to make the purchase.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number, simply type Refund Request in the Care Beyond™
CHAT located at our Contact Us web page. A customer representative will provide you an online Refund Request form. Please fill out the completed form and click SEND to email@example.com You will be emailed the RMA; Return Authorization Number and directions on the proper packaging, return address, refund and or replacement procedure.
Monthly Recurring Orders and Monthly Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by typing Cancellation in the Care Beyond™ CHAT located at Contact Us in the Care Beyond™ web site. A written notice at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date. To cancel a Recurring Delivery Order or Monthly Subscription, you may also submit a completed Recurring/Monthly Subscription Cancellation request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Always examine and report any package damage to the carrier. If the products have been damaged due to carrier mishandling then you must immediately report this to the carrier and request a refund directly from them. Care Beyond™ is not responsible for damaged packages.

To process a return, please follow the following steps:
- Call our customer care number to discuss your return.
- Once approved, please send product container, either opened or unopened, with evidence of purchase, at Care Beyond within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Auto-ship Orders:
An Auto-ship customer may deactivate or cancel Auto-ship designation at any time by the following options below:
1) Deactivating or canceling the auto-ship order in the designated auto-ship section of your Customer or Associate back office.
2) Emailing Notice of Auto-ship Cancellation to Care Beyond at the following email address: Support@CareBeyond.com
